Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As the primary Canadian sales employee, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business leads through networking and relationship-building
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and IT teams to tailor our services to meet client needs
  • Pitch and close deals, and provide ongoing service to clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the agricultural industry

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the agricultural industry
  • Strong network of contacts in the Canadian agricultural industry
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience selling tailored services is an asset
