Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients through various channels, including referrals, industry research, and strategic partnerships.
  2. Market Analysis: Develop a deep understanding of the cleaning services industry and market trends to effectively position our company's services.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster trust and ensure long-term partnerships.
  4. Contract Negotiation: Skilfully negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure new business while maintaining a win-win approach.
  5. Operational Coordination: Coordinate with the in-house operation team and contractors to ensure a smooth transition from the sales phase to service delivery.
  6. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and revenue targets.
  7. Sales Performance Tracking: Create and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and conversions in a systematic manner.
  8. Industry Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging opportunities.
  9. Performance Improvement: Provide insights and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.

  • Basic Salary: Up to $3,000.00
  • Commission: From 15% - 50%
