Your Position & How You Will Contribute:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying customer leads, communicating with businesses, property management, and building owners within our geographic footprint. You will identify their telecom needs and goals, and create tailored solutions using our state-of-the-art fibre optic services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling telMAX telecommunications services to businesses, property managers, and building owners
  • Generating, qualifying, and managing a strong pipeline of warm and cold leads to meet sales quotas and targets
  • Conducting outreach via cold calling, emails, and networking to identify potential customers within your territory
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Customer Relations & Service:

You will build and foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring telMAX is positioned as a trusted partner for their telecom needs. You will educate customers about telMAX's products, services, bundles, and promotions to meet their unique business requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Sales Strategy & Management:

You will collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored telecom solutions that align with client needs. You will negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring deals are mutually beneficial for both telMAX and the customer.

Market Intelligence & Feedback:

Attributes:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Past telecom sales experience or relevant B2B sales experience preferred

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant certifications or training in telecommunications, sales, or customer relationship management would be an asset.Experience:

A minimum of 2-3 years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably within the telecommunications or related industries. Demonstrated experience working with and achieving sales targets/quotas. Proven experience managing and nurturing a client list, maintaining regular contact to drive repeat business.
