Pizza Operations Supervisor

The role of the Restaurant Manager at Score Pizza involves overseeing the daily operations of our establishment to ensure a high-quality dining experience for our customers.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a managerial role within the food service industry.
- Assess and enhance daily operational procedures.
- Adjust food preparation techniques and menu pricing in alignment with the restaurant's financial plan.
- Evaluate and guide staff performance.
- Organize and coordinate daily activities within the restaurant.
- Recruit and onboard new team members.
- Establish work schedules for staff.
- Oversee and mentor staff members.
- Provide training and development opportunities for employees.
- Determine service offerings and implement operational protocols.
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
- Manage product and service costs effectively.
- Maintain and organize inventory levels.
- Engage with clients for catering services or facility usage.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate and manage events.
Responsible for supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
