Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession.
- Security and Safety: Basic security clearance.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and team player.
- Duration: 7 months to less than 1 year.
- Employment Type: Permanent.
- Language: English.
