Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Score Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Hire and manage food service staff
- Food Quality and Safety
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Operations and Administration
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers receive a positive dining experience
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Personal Qualities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail is essential.
