Food Service Supervisor

Chicago's Pizza Twist is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including preparing and portioning food, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Staff Management
- Hire and train food service staff, including knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare and submit reports, including food order summaries for the chef.
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Physical Demands
- Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, standing for extended periods, and walking.
