Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pyramid Pizza & Wings. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting the required standards.
- Hire and Manage Staff: Hire food service staff and manage their performance, ensuring that they are meeting the required standards and contributing to the success of the establishment.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as prepare and submit reports as required.
- Communication: Prepare and submit reports, and communicate effectively with staff, management, and customers to ensure that everyone is informed and up-to-date.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certificate.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physically demanding role.
