Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Address Customer Complaints: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant data.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
