We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Gokudo Shabu Shabu Hot Pot. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training and supervising kitchen staff and helpers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Training and Supervision: Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that inventory levels are adequate and that orders are placed in a timely manner.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations and high-quality customer service.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
