About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Dai Jang Kum Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Staff Management: Recruit and hire staff to support the growth and development of our kitchen team.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
