Position Overview

The Staffing Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the recruitment and selection process within the organization. This position is essential for ensuring that the company attracts and retains qualified personnel.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee staff consultation and grievance procedures.
  • Assess current and future staffing needs.
  • Offer information and services, including employee assistance and counseling.
  • Prepare and disseminate job postings and advertisements.
  • Collect and evaluate job applications.
  • Guide candidates on employment prerequisites and conditions.
  • Review and manage candidate inventories.
  • Contact prospective candidates to schedule interviews.
  • Engage with graduates from colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
  • Inform candidates about the outcomes of the selection process and extend job offers.
  • Facilitate staff consultation and grievance processes.
  • Recruit and onboard new staff members.
Technical Proficiencies
  • Proficient in MS Windows.
  • Skilled in MS Excel.
  • Experienced with MS Outlook.
  • Knowledgeable in MS PowerPoint.
  • Competent in MS Word.
Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years of relevant experience.
