The Staffing Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the recruitment and selection process within the organization. This position is responsible for ensuring that staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer employee consultation and grievance procedures.
  • Assess current and future staffing needs.
  • Offer information and services, including employee assistance and counseling.
  • Prepare and distribute job postings and advertisements.
