As a pivotal member of Clarion Medical Technologies Inc., the Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in advancing the company's vision by overseeing marketing efforts for our established product range and aiding in the introduction and assimilation of innovative products. This role collaborates closely with the Medical Marketing Director and Sales Director to devise and execute strategies that bolster B2B sales for our offerings, as well as enhance B2C sales for our clientele through the creation of practice management strategies, initiatives, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing strategies aimed at enhancing B2B sales for Clarion products by developing communication materials, practice management tools, initiatives, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to gain insights into the business and clinical dimensions of the market, tracking strategic marketing initiatives that align with financial goals.
  • Prepare executive summary reports, conduct competitive analyses, and assess ROI for all marketing projects.
  • Engage in continuous customer, market, and competitive analysis; liaise with the Sales team and Sales Managers/Directors to compile reports and comparison matrices.
  • Develop and maintain all marketing collateral for the product portfolio, adapting materials from suppliers and creating new items as necessary for the Canadian market, adhering to mutually established timelines.
  • Oversee the management of product collateral through SharePoint and customer portals.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of products within the assigned portfolio, serving as a resource for sales and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain marketing materials; monitor supplier portals for product and sales resources.
  • Assist in the product launch process; contribute to the go-to-market strategy for new offerings.
  • Propose and implement direct marketing strategies to enhance profitability.
  • Maintain a robust online presence for the company through social media channels.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven creativity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong technical proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel and numerical analysis skills.
  • Experience with Adobe software.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bilingualism is an asset but not a requirement.
