About the Role

Grosche International Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Communication Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive communication plans to engage our target audience and drive business results.
  • Evaluate Communication Strategies and Programs: Analyze the effectiveness of our communication efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement Communication Strategies and Programs: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Train Staff: Provide training and support to our team members on marketing best practices and industry trends.
  • Coordinate Special Publicity Events and Promotions: Plan and execute high-profile events and promotions to generate buzz and drive sales.
  • Initiate and Maintain Contact with the Media: Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts to secure press coverage and product placements.
  • Conduct Analytical Marketing Studies: Conduct market research and analysis to inform our marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Develop Portfolio of Marketing Materials: Create and maintain a library of marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and press releases.
  • Conduct Online Marketing, E-commerce, and Website Promotions: Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to drive website traffic and sales.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Maintain and Manage Digital Database: Oversee the maintenance and management of our digital database, including email marketing campaigns and customer segmentation.
  • Write and Edit Press Releases, Newsletter, and Communications Materials: Create and edit high-quality content for our press releases, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ Years of Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications, with a focus on strategy development and implementation.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex marketing concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Project Management: Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
