Role Overview:

We are in search of a Sample Collection Specialist to become a vital part of our on-site team. This role is essential to the overall success of our operations and demands a high level of professionalism, precision, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute drug and alcohol testing in compliance with established protocols;
  • Participate in after-hours collection duties on a rotating schedule;
  • Manage phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and welcome clients;
  • Foster positive customer relations;
  • Organize and streamline documentation processes;
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma;
  • Preferred experience of 6+ months in a medical laboratory or technician role;
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities;
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy;
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation may be necessary for regional travel.
