About the Role

Grosche International Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Communication Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive communication plans to engage with our target audience and promote our brand.
  • Evaluate Communication Strategies and Programs: Analyze the effectiveness of our communication strategies and programs, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement Communication Strategies and Programs: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement communication strategies and programs, and ensure their successful execution.
  • Train Staff: Provide training and development opportunities to our staff to enhance their communication skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate Special Publicity Events and Promotions: Plan and execute special publicity events and promotions to generate buzz and excitement around our brand.
  • Initiate and Maintain Contact with the Media: Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers to secure coverage and promote our brand.
  • Conduct Analytical Marketing Studies: Conduct market research and analysis to inform our marketing strategies and programs.
  • Develop Portfolio of Marketing Materials: Create and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
  • Conduct Online Marketing, E-commerce, and Website Promotions: Develop and implement online marketing strategies, including e-commerce and website promotions, to engage with our target audience.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Maintain and Manage Digital Database: Manage and maintain our digital database, including email lists and customer information.
  • Write and Edit Press Releases, Newsletter, and Communications Materials: Create and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials to promote our brand and products.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Communications Specialist who has a strong background in marketing and communication. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in marketing communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Business and/or industry.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
