El Asociado de Marketing desempeña un papel fundamental en la visión de Clarion Medical Technologies al gestionar iniciativas de marketing para la cartera de productos existente, así como al asistir en el lanzamiento e integración de nuevos productos. Esta posición colabora estrechamente con el Director de Marketing Médico y el Director de Ventas para desarrollar e implementar estrategias que respalden las ventas B2B de nuestros productos, así como las ventas B2C para nuestros clientes mediante el desarrollo de estrategias de gestión de prácticas, iniciativas y materiales.

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Implementar estrategias de marketing que respalden las ventas B2B de los productos de Clarion a través de la creación de piezas de comunicación, herramientas de gestión de prácticas, iniciativas y materiales.
  • Colaborar con el Director de Marketing para comprender los aspectos comerciales y clínicos del mercado y rastrear programas de marketing estratégicos que apoyen los objetivos financieros.
  • Proporcionar informes ejecutivos, análisis competitivos y retorno de inversión para todos los proyectos.
  • Realizar análisis continuos de clientes, mercado y competencia; comunicarse y recopilar inteligencia de mercado del equipo de ventas y de los gerentes/directores de ventas para desarrollar informes y matrices comparativas.
  • Desarrollar y mantener todo el material para la cartera, tanto adaptado de proveedores como nuevos elementos según sea necesario para el mercado canadiense, basado en cronogramas mutuamente acordados.
  • Gestionar la cartera de materiales de productos a través de SharePoint y el portal de clientes.
  • Desarrollar un conocimiento experto de los productos en la cartera asignada, sirviendo como recurso de información para los equipos de ventas e internos.
  • Coordinar con proveedores para recopilar material de marketing; monitorear portales de proveedores para herramientas de producto y ventas.
  • Asistir en el proceso de lanzamiento de productos; colaborar en el plan de entrada al mercado para nuevos productos.
  • Sugerir e implementar métodos de marketing directo para aumentar la rentabilidad.
  • Mantener una voz empresarial sólida en línea a través de redes sociales.

Atributos del candidato ideal:

  • Título universitario o diploma en Marketing.
  • 3-5 años de experiencia en Marketing.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbales como escritas.
  • Superior capacidad organizativa con extrema atención al detalle.
  • Creatividad demostrada, habilidades de análisis de situaciones/resolución de problemas y habilidades analíticas.
  • Fuertes habilidades técnicas; Microsoft Office con Excel avanzado y análisis numérico.
  • Experiencia en Adobe.
  • Autónomo, altamente motivado, capaz de trabajar en un entorno dinámico y en constante cambio.
  • Habilidades interpersonales excepcionales: capacidad para construir excelentes relaciones laborales con partes interesadas internas y externas.
  • El bilingüismo sería un activo, pero no es un requisito.
