We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Diagnostic Imaging Receptionist to join our team at Wentworth Halton X-Ray & Ultrasound. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service and ensuring the smooth operation of our diagnostic imaging services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and scheduling patient appointments for exams
  • Answering patient inquiries and responding to phone calls and messages
  • Communicating with referring physician offices and booking appointments
  • Checking and addressing incoming emails, reports, and faxes
  • Validating patient information and inputting requisitions
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with medical terminology and electronic medical records
  • Previous experience in a clinical or patient-serving environment
