Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Wentworth Halton X-Ray & Ultrasound. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-ray, mammography, and bone density measurements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray, mammography, and bone density equipment
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of images for radiologists and referring physicians
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict quality control standards
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved training program in Radiography
  • Current registration and good standing with the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario (CMRTO)
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Excellent patient care skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient outcomes
