Job Title: Manager, HR Systems & Analytics

At goeasy Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, HR Systems & Analytics to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for the optimization, sustainability, and scalability of our HR systems and data insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Systems Optimization: Spearhead the development and implementation of automated solutions to streamline HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and employee data management.
  • Platform Innovations: Own and lead platform innovations, upgrades, change initiatives, and proactive platform maintenance projects.
  • HR Data Insights: Continuously stay up to date with the latest technologies in the HR space and provide thought leadership and guidance on advancing new HR technologies and capabilities that drive operational efficiencies.
  • Requirements Gathering: Lead the requirements gathering, business casing, and implementation of new systems.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Act as the subject matter expert for HR systems and data, leveraging your expertise to consult stakeholders across the business on the use of HR data or integrations.
  • Process Development: Lead the team in the development of processes, policies, and workflows for data management and maintenance, establishing internal controls and developing audit procedures to ensure data integrity.
  • HR Technical Calendar: Manage the overall HR technical calendar and roadmap across HR teams.
  • Metrics Development: Collaborate with the HR Leadership team to develop meaningful metrics that provide actionable insights.
  • Data Infrastructure: Ensure data infrastructure supports future growth and the integration of data for analytics and employee insights.
  • Project Management: Support small to large cross-functional HR projects, individually contributing to related work packages and playing a key central project management role, ensuring alignment across HR and working closely with business and technical teams for successful delivery.
  • Reports and Integrations: Accountable for all reports and integrations delivered from HR systems.
  • User Support: Assist HR, payroll, and management users with the resolution of business systems issues, managing escalation to external application customer support as needed.
  • User Access Audits: Conduct scheduled user access audits.
  • Documentation: Document and report on activities and milestones for HRLT, key stakeholders, and SteerCo meetings.
  • Leadership: Leadership and day-to-day management of HRIS Analyst(s).
Requirements:
  • Comprehensive HRIS Experience: Comprehensive experience in HRIS.
  • Full Life Cycle Implementations: Hands-on experience with full life cycle implementations such as an ATS, HRIS, or HCM system.
  • Reporting Applications: Advanced expertise in reporting applications and information management tools, including MS Office, PowerBI, and the Cognos reporting suite.
  • Strong Conceptual Skills: Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Relationship Building: Proven track record of building relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and peers.
  • Organizational Skills: Organized and motivated with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Project Management Experience: Previous experience in a project management role, an asset.
  • Active Directory Knowledge: Knowledge of Active Directory and its functionality, an asset.
