Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at World Renew. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Human Resources Department, ensuring the smooth operation of our global recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Global Recruitment Support
    • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for global positions, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews across multiple time zones.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle.
  • HR Department Support
    • Assist the Chief People and Culture Officer with various administrative tasks, including organizing files, meeting notes, and preparation documents.
    • Arrange complex travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for the Chief People and Culture Officer and other HR leaders as needed.
  • Global Talent Coordination
    • Coordinate the integration of new employees into the company culture and processes, including assisting with orientation scheduling.
    • Support the development of learning programs for all staff and targeted development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High School Diploma; two-year college education preferred.
    • 2-4 years of related experience required.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proven ability to be self-motivated and a self-starter with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and collaborative problem-solving ability.
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Work Environment

The work environment is a traditional office setting with an attached warehouse. Some work from home is also possible.
