This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Services department, with a focus on recruitment coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and preparing interview materials.
Key Responsibilities- Post job openings on relevant platforms
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Prepare and distribute interview materials
- Ensure accurate and efficient data entry into HR systems
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum one year of experience in a Human Resources department
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems
