Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing confidential administrative support related to the coordination of the recruitment process, primarily for teaching staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Posting teaching positions on our online platform
  • Scheduling Occasional Teacher Interviews, including reviewing online application packages, contacting applicants, organizing interview teams, booking interviews, and preparing interview packages
  • Preparing confidential documentation, including Long Term Occasional (LTO) teacher placement letters, Occasional Teacher correspondence to successful/unsuccessful candidates, and answering teacher application queries
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient data entry into our Human Resources Information System for new occasional teachers and updating application documentation/information accordingly
Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A post-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • A minimum of one year of work experience in a Human Resources Department
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Strong professionalism, discretion, and adherence to confidentiality
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills, including experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and maintaining Human Resources Information Systems
