Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Services department, with a focus on recruitment coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and preparing interview materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
  • Prepare and distribute interview materials
  • Ensure accurate and efficient data entry into HR systems
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum one year of experience in a Human Resources department
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems
