Our Opportunity:

As a key member of the Restaurant Brands International team, you will play a crucial role in the development and facilitation of training programs within Tim Hortons University. This individual will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and engaging training content is developed to facilitate successful training programs for Restaurant Leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presentation and facilitation skills to deliver interactive and engaging training programs for hands-on, classroom, and virtual settings.
  • Design and develop appropriate training materials and professional development courses to meet the needs of Restaurant Leaders.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to determine needs, develop course content, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Participate in all aspects of the instructional design process to establish instructional design and development standards for all existing and future training materials.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys and analysis with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in training or quick service restaurant operations.
  • Ability to write and speak French is required.
  • Strong facilitation and hands-on training skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Fundamental working knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures and ability to apply in varied situations.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, planning, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with competing priorities.
  • Willingness to take on new projects and initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving and task analysis skills.
  • Possess a responsible, detail-oriented, results-driven work ethic.
  • Is a Restaurant Brands International Ambassador at all times.
