Our Opportunity:
The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and facilitation of training programs within Tim Hortons University, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver engaging training content. This individual will be responsible for creating interactive and immersive training experiences that drive business results and support the growth of Restaurant Leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality training programs that meet business objectives
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to design and deliver training content
- Facilitate interactive and engaging training sessions for hands-on, classroom, and virtual environments
- Write, edit, and format documentation and materials needed for each program
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys and analysis
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in training or quick service restaurant operations
- Ability to write and speak French is required
- Strong facilitation and hands-on training skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Fundamental working knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
