About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cloud Operations Specialist to join our team at Softchoice. As a Cloud Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the administrative functions of our Public Cloud team and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule sales and technical resources to support customer engagements.
  • Provide consistent communication to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across multiple systems.
  • Drive operational efficiencies in our Public Cloud lead process.
  • Collaborate with supporting teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
  • Track and monitor progress of Public Cloud leads from start to end.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative, sales, or operations role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Detailed-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate information across multiple systems.
  • Comfortable with administrative functions and data entry, Microsoft Excel, and Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification (recommended).
