Logistics Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Care Specialist to join our team at Hilti Corporation. As a Logistics Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Order Tracking and Fulfillment: Monitor orders on specific holds for accuracy, ensuring timely release to distribution centers for shipping.
- Logistics Process Improvement: Identify and proactively resolve potential Order delays due to logistics processes to drive customer engagement.
- Customer Communication: Provide transparency to outbound shipments, resolving potential fulfillment issues and presenting delivery solutions based on available inventory levels.
- Database Analysis: Effectively utilize database analysis to record actions taken and characteristics of orders identified as potential failures.
- Team Collaboration: Develop strong partnerships with Materials Management, Transportation, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Training and Development: Support the training of new team members and contribute to the development of the logistics team.
- Bilingualism: Must be bilingual in English and French.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate's Degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum four years' experience in logistics or a related field required.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of SAP systems, APO, and R3, as well as functional knowledge of logistics processes and related business processes.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, strong PC skills, and good communication, organization, and analytical skills.
