We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Operations Specialist to join our team on a 12-month temporary basis. As a Claims Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our claims handling practices, including financial transactions, data entry, and document management.
Key Responsibilities- Enter data, type, and copy forms and documents, including claim diaries and notes.
- Request police reports and maintain accurate records.
- Review payments for proper billing and coding, and ensure timely and accurate check processing.
- Prepare, generate, and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, documents, and presentations using advanced technology.
- Photocopy, scan, and upload documents to our virtual file cabinet.
- University/College degree and/or equivalent work experience.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize daily assignments.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel.
