About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at 0714576 B.C. Ltd. as a key member of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Determine the types of furniture and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and analyze market research and trends to determine consumer demand.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make decisions to optimize profitability.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and a focus on customer satisfaction.
