- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to inform purchasing decisions and optimize store displays to maximize sales.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are accurately priced and displayed.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Store Operations: Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner, and that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with sales staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment
- Language: English
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
