Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and motivate a team of 5-10 sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
- Store Operations
- Establish and maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Authorize payments and returns, and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
- Sales and Marketing
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Administrative Tasks
- Manage store schedules, including staffing and time-off requests.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
