Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Neighbours Pub. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as supervising kitchen staff and maintaining inventory and records.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that the kitchen is well-stocked and organized.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
