About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Mid-Market Workstation Sales Specialist to join our team at Lenovo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets within the Mid-Market segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Achieve profit and revenue objectives by developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth across Lenovo's Workstation Solutions portfolio.
  • Client and Partner Relationships: Develop and cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners within the Public Sector segment, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Lead and assist in implementing the sales strategy within your account, driving revenue growth and expanding Lenovo's presence in the Mid-Market segment.
  • Product and Service Recommendations: Ensure that products, services, and solutions recommended to clients meet their needs and align with Lenovo's Workstation Solutions portfolio.
  • Complex Sales Management: Manage all aspects of complex Workstation sales, driving deals to closure and ensuring successful customer outcomes.
  • Sales Activity Management: Utilize MS Dynamics to effectively manage sales activity and sales pipeline across multiple quarters.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Stay informed and adaptable to Lenovo's ongoing product and service developments, ensuring you are equipped to provide expert advice to clients and partners.
  • Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor within Workstation Solutions for customers, partners, and internal teams, providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Business Growth: Drive to achieve company growth projections in a dynamic and competitive environment, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: BS or BA degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years of inside sales or related field (outside) sales experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: PC Industry/IT Hardware/Software sales experience.
  • Travel: Open to occasional business travel.
