Workstation Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Director of Workstation Specialty Sales. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and cultivating long-term relationships with large enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth for Lenovo's professional workstation portfolio, including complementary accessories, services, and solutions.
- Strategic Alignment: Align sales initiatives with the corporate strategy and financial objectives, ensuring a strong focus on profitability and growth.
- Team Leadership: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and skills development for team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and expertise to succeed.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external customers, internal stakeholders, and partners, understanding their unique needs and presenting effective solutions.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on Lenovo's product innovations and industry trends, analyzing market opportunities and assessing competitive and technology requirements needed to seize business opportunities.
- Solution Selling: Guide the transition from product selling to solution selling, developing and communicating extensive and replicable use cases to demonstrate the value of our solutions.
- Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in commercial technology sales, with a proven track record of achieving top sales performance with multi-million-dollar quotas.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and achieve measurable results.
