Position Overview: As the Workstation Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in steering revenue growth and profit maximization. Your primary focus will be on ensuring exceptional partner engagement and elevating customer satisfaction levels. This position demands adept strategic deal management and creative coaching techniques to inspire your team towards achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and nurture client relationships to meet revenue and profit targets.
- Lead initiatives to enhance client satisfaction, streamline operations, and develop new accounts.
- Oversee a team of inside sales professionals.
- Identify and manage acquisition and transition opportunities.
- Handle all facets of complex sales processes and drive them to successful closure.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 2 years in sales leadership or management roles.
- Experience in the PC industry or IT hardware sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders.
- Track record of achieving consistent sales revenue growth.
