Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at JB Truck Repair Centre. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Establish and maintain office systems and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including employees and management.
    • Respond to inquiries and provide information to employees and external parties.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure the security and safety of company assets and employees.
    • Implement and maintain security protocols and procedures.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced office environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
  • Work Hours
    • 35 hours per week.
