About ExFlex Transport

We are a dynamic and growing transportation company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Logistics Operations: Oversee the smooth operation of our transportation logistics, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Manage Supply Chain: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain management.
  • Plan and Organize: Develop and implement logistics plans, schedules, and procedures to meet business objectives.
  • Monitor and Analyze: Track and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and sales, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows.
