Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at QNL Logistics Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, performing routine clerical duties, and maintaining work records and logs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Activities: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Work Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Logistics Coordination: Co-ordinate the flow of supplies, including tracking shipments and resolving issues.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to urgent calls from individuals who require assistance.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
