Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at World Wide ASG Logistics Inc. Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation Coordination: Develop and implement transportation plans to prioritize and organize tasks, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and materials.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of logistics processes.
  • Warehouse and Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of goods and materials.
  • Dispatch and Scheduling: Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on transportation and logistics activities, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in transportation logistics or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Willing to relocate, urban area, transportation, freight forwarding, warehouse, and head office.

  • Physical Demands: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, physically demanding, and repetitive tasks.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
