Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Cook to join our team at Denny's Restaurants. As an Assistant Cook, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality food is prepared and served to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and safe food preparation.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Language: English.
