About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Team Global Inc. As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining inventory, and coordinating office services.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on new procedures and policies, and provide guidance on administrative tasks.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Office
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work 35 hours per week
