Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Wheel Mart Canada Wholesale Inc. in a key leadership role.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance and support to store staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive shopping experience for customers by addressing their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Operations: Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and organized, and that all equipment and systems are functioning properly.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, including sales data, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field, such as business or retail management.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a retail or wholesale environment, preferably in a leadership or management role.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
