About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at 2103872 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and motivate a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere, responding promptly to customer complaints and feedback.
  • Inventory and Cost Control: Manage inventory levels, monitor food costs, and implement strategies to reduce waste and optimize profitability.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in a restaurant management role
  • Language: English
  • Availability: Available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
