Role Overview: The primary goal of the Rogers Major Accounts team is to expand our market presence, sales, and penetration for all Connected Home and Rogers Business Products within the MDU portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support product penetration and revenue generation for core cable and wireless offerings.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive lead generation for the MDU field sales team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by coordinating with various channels and addressing customer inquiries effectively.
- Conduct impactful sales presentations to Property Managers, Condo Boards, Superintendents, New Construction Builders, Hoteliers, and other key stakeholders to facilitate access into MDUs.
- Manage client interactions through various technologies, including Microsoft Teams, phone, email, and Salesforce applications.
- Perform risk management assessments and provide real-time competitive intelligence from the field.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in the industry, verticals, and product knowledge.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client portfolios.
- Work in tandem with Rogers Engineering, Construction, and Technical Operations teams for both new constructions and existing buildings.
- Engage in face-to-face networking and participate in industry associations to strengthen relationships with key clients.
Qualifications:
- A university degree or equivalent experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in Business Development.
- In-depth knowledge of the residential real estate and development sectors.
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated relationship management skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset with strategic thinking and customer focus.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and technology-driven approach.
- Exceptional presentation skills, including preparation.
- Proven interpersonal abilities and aptitude for implementing sales strategies.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented and team-focused approach.
- Experience in funnel management and data solutions selling.
- Strong community engagement and knowledge.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
