Sales Account Manager

As an Account Manager at Manitoulin Group of Companies, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and growing revenues. This includes soliciting new business and increasing revenue levels over the previous year, while communicating effectively with all departments to ensure our customers are receiving the service we have committed to.
You will also be responsible for attending sales meetings, industry functions, trade shows, and training programs, as well as ensuring all reports are completed and submitted in a timely fashion. Additionally, you will be required to use a laptop and contact management system, including time management, planning, and scheduling of calls, updating calls and activities in CRM.
Key Performance Indicators include increasing sales by sourcing and securing new accounts, while expanding business within the current portfolio. You will also be responsible for coordinating sales and service activities effectively with internal stakeholders, developing a defined sales plan balancing the requirements of existing customers and prospect/target accounts, and providing support to new and existing customers throughout the sales process, implementation, and in dealing with any service concerns that may arise in the future.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a University/College Graduate degree, a minimum of 2 years related sales experience, a valid driver's license, and a good condition/reliable vehicle. You must also be Bilingual - French and English, computer literate, and have good communication skills with proficiency at listening, selling (persuasion), problem solving, and negotiation. Additionally, you must be flexible, organized, and able to manage time efficiently and effectively.
