Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Eagle Crest Canada Construction Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail.
  • Organized, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability and team player.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with a team of professionals. The work term is temporary and the work language is English. The hours of work are 40 hours per week.
