About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Compensation Consultant to join our team at CA007 Mercer (Canada) Limited. As a Senior Rewards Professional, you will play a key role in helping our clients optimize their executive compensation strategies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement executive compensation strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
  • Provide consulting services to senior management and boards on remuneration issues, including competitiveness of pay, performance measurement, and governance.
  • Design and implement short-term and long-term incentive programs that reinforce clients' strategic objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive compensation programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or human resources.
  • At least 8+ years of experience in executive compensation, with a strong understanding of compensation strategies and programs.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Knowledge of HR business processes and compensation best practices.
  • Proven project management skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
