About the Role:
At CA007 Mercer (Canada) Limited, we're seeking a highly skilled Executive Compensation Specialist to join our Career Consulting team in Montreal or Toronto.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with senior management and boards to develop executive compensation strategies that drive business performance.
- Design and implement short-term and long-term incentive programs that align with clients' strategic objectives.
- Provide consulting services on broader Human Capital issues and market trends.
- Generate revenue through new client relationships and building strong client relationships.
- Assess current pay and program features relative to the market and clients' unique situations.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 8+ years' relevant work experience in executive compensation.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Knowledge of HR business processes.
- Strong finance and accounting skills.
- Proven project management skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
